Effective 2026-09-01. These terms govern access to the Trusty Sweep API, SDKs, CLI, Sweep Connect, Connector SDK, MCP server and A2A agent (the “Platform”) provided by TrustyCap Technologies, Inc. (“Trusty Sweep”).
- Account and keys. You are responsible for your applications, keys and users. Keep secrets confidential. Rotate immediately if exposed.
- End-user consent. You may act on an end user’s data only through a connection the end user created through Sweep Connect and only within the operation classes they consented to. You must present the purpose of the connection honestly.
- Data use. Data obtained through the Platform may be used only to provide the functionality the end user requested from your application. No advertising use, no sale, no profiling, no training of models on end-user content. Provider terms (Google API Services User Data Policy including Limited Use, Microsoft APIs Terms, Dropbox Developer Terms) apply to you as a downstream recipient.
- Prohibited uses. See the Acceptable Use policy.
- Fees. Live usage is metered on the published developer rate card. Fees are for access to and consumption of the Platform, not for outcomes.
- Availability and changes. We target 99.9% monthly availability for the API. Breaking changes ship under a new version path with at least 12 months of support for the prior version.
- Suspension. We may suspend keys or applications that violate these terms, create security risk, or harm end users, and will notify you where lawful.
- Intellectual property. The open-source perimeter is Apache-2.0. The Platform, engine and marks remain Trusty Sweep property.
- Warranty and liability. The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Trusty Sweep’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- Governing law. Delaware, United States. Contact: legal@trustysweep.com.
